Shipping Policy
Every Shrim attar is hand-packed with care and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. We ship across India and internationally.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1,499
- ₹99 flat shipping charge for orders below ₹1,499
- Delivery within 3–5 business days
- Tracked shipping via India Post or private courier
International Shipping
- Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on destination
- Delivery within 7–14 business days
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp with your Order ID. You can use this ID to track your order on our Track Order page.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Shrim attar. If for any reason you are not, here is our return policy:
Eligible Returns
- Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be in its original packaging with the seal intact
- Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 94545 39293 with your Order ID and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or cash for COD)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective
Damaged or Defective Products
If your attar arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
